Every prompt is tagged Top of Funnel (awareness), Middle of Funnel (consideration), or Bottom of Funnel (decision). The classifier auto-tags on creation using keyword patterns; you can override in the Prompt Designer. TOFU / MOFU / BOFU visibility breakdowns appear on the Visibility tab as a funnel widget with per-stage cards.
How does Content Studio work with the rest of AI-Advisors?
When AI Automation's weekly analyzer identifies a content gap - a prompt where competitors are cited but your brand isn't - it hands off to Content Studio inside Answer Engine Insights. You can also generate briefs manually from the Content tab or the Optimize in Studio CTA on low-visibility prompts. How often does AI-Advisors run prompts?

Yes, on all plans. Every table on Answer Engine Insights has Export as CSV, Export as JSON, and Export to Google Sheets. The Google Sheets weekly sync also drops a single sheet into your Drive that updates itself every Monday with three data tabs (Visibility, Prompts, Citations) plus a My Dashboard scaffold for your own formulas.
How fresh are the AI responses I see?
Visibility data shows the latest weekly run by default. Need fresher numbers? Manual runs are 1 per week on Starter, 3 per week on Growth, and unlimited on Enterprise. Useful after publishing new content or launching a campaign. Past responses are preserved in full history so you can see how AI describes your brand over time.
