How fast will I get a reply?

Where do I find my domain key for the WordPress plugin?
In your AI-Advisors dashboard under Settings > Tracking Setup. Paste it into WordPress under AI-Advisors > Settings, enable tracking, and click Save. Use the Send Test Event button on the Status tab to verify the connection.
The WordPress plugin says my robots.txt can't be managed. Why?
WordPress can only serve a dynamic robots.txt when pretty permalinks are enabled and no physical robots.txt file exists at your site root. The plugin tells you which of the two applies: either switch Settings > Permalinks away from Plain, or remove the physical file, then re-apply.
Does the WordPress plugin change my site automatically?
No. Every recommendation is reviewed and applied by you from the AI-Advisors Inbox in wp-admin, and every applied change can be undone. Tracking is off by default until you connect a domain key and enable it.
How do I report a bug?
Email hello@ai-advisors.ai with what you expected, what happened, and (for the WordPress plugin) your WordPress and PHP versions from the plugin's Status tab. We read every report and prioritize by user impact.
How do I uninstall the WordPress plugin cleanly?
Undo any applied fixes from the Inbox's Recent Activity first if you want them reverted (a generated llms.txt file stays on disk unless you undo it), then deactivate and delete the plugin from the Plugins screen. Uninstalling removes the plugin's tables, options, and settings.
